Insulation coatings for IMS(Insulated Metal Substrates)

 

Insulation coatings is a ceramic coating solution mainly used for insulating coatings on elecrical  parts like IMS, Metal PCB,  etc,.

* This coating solution needs some ceramic fillers to make thick insulation films.

High withstand voltate

Withstand voltage : > 5kV

(AC, 0.1mA, 60sec)

High heat resistance

Operating temperature : Max. 600℃

 

High hardness

Pencil hardness  ~9H
